Pick any set of properties and a metric · real weekly history, no fabricated periods

Occupancy and Collection zoom to the data's real range so a real move over a few points isn't flattened by a fixed 0–100% scale; the green/amber dashed lines mark the shared stoplight thresholds so the zoom doesn't lose that reference. Open balance and Open WOs start at zero. Waitlist and Market Gap aren't shown here yet — they're computed live, not snapshotted weekly, so a trend for them would mean inventing history.

Selecting several properties combines them the way This Week does. Occupancy is weighted by units and the collection rate by dollars billed, so a 23-unit property can't swing the number as hard as a 56-unit one; money and counts are summed. Only weeks every selected property reported are drawn — a week one of them is missing would sum lower and read as a real dip rather than a gap in the data.
